You’re doing a lot.
Work, family, home, your own goals, the things that need sorting out, and the things you have absolutely no control over.
And yet you can still end the week wondering what actually moved forward.
Feeling stuck isn’t one single thing, and it isn’t automatically a lack of motivation or discipline.
Sometimes you’re exhausted. Sometimes the path ahead isn’t clear. Sometimes circumstances really are getting in the way. And sometimes progress is happening, but you’re simply not seeing it.
The first part of the workshop is about working out what is actually going on for you.
A PRACTICAL PROCESS IN THREE STEPS
What you’ll do

Get more data
Use the Feeling Stuck Scale and Stress Test to get a clearer picture of where you are now, because before we can work out how to get from A to B, we need to know where A actually is.

Start creating progress
Take one small goal or project and use the Goal Progress Map to work out what you have going for you, what may get in the way, and what progress can actually look like.

Feeling stuck does not mean you are lazy, unmotivated, or incapable.
Often, it means your brain is overloaded.
You may be carrying too many open loops, too many competing demands, and too little clear evidence about what is actually working.
That can make even small decisions feel heavy.
You keep thinking about the same problems, but nothing feels resolved.
You try harder, but the path forward still feels unclear.
This course helps you step out of that loop and look at your situation with more structure, more data, and less self-blame.

Get Unstuck for $47Why this approach?
Feeling stuck does not always mean you need to try harder.
The workshop starts by looking at what is actually contributing to the feeling and where you are now.
From there, we use one small, personally meaningful goal to create goal-directed action and make progress easier to see.
Research links goal-aligned activity and goal progress with higher subjective wellbeing, which is the science behind the Goal Progress Map.
