SCATR 1:1

A structured, time-limited individual process focused on assessing and stabilising decision-making under stress.

Work is conducted across four live sessions over approximately eight weeks, with guided application in real-world conditions between sessions.

Format

  • 4 Ć— 60 minute 1:1 sessions
    (3 weekly sessions, followed by a final session after ~4 weeks)

  • Asynchronous support via WhatsApp during the process window

  • Use of Applied Brain Lab diagnostic and decision tools

Process

  • Baseline assessment of decision patterns under stress

  • Step-by-step introduction and application of SCATR tools

  • Live use, testing, and adjustment in the client’s real operating environment

  • Iterative refinement of a personalised decision framework

By the end of the process, you will have:

  • A clear understanding of how your decision-making shifts under stress

  • A personalised, reusable decision framework

  • Practical tools for managing cognitive load, timing, and execution

  • Increased reliability of judgement in demanding conditions
