Applied Brain Lab

1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions apply to all services, digital products, educational materials, and sessions provided by Applied Brain Lab via www.appliedbrainlab.com.

By accessing or purchasing any offering, you agree to these Terms.

2. Nature of Services

Applied Brain Lab provides educational, diagnostic, and analytical services related to decision-making, cognitive load, and performance under stress.

All content and services:

  • are non-therapeutic

  • do not constitute medical, psychological, or psychiatric treatment

  • do not replace professional healthcare or clinical diagnosis

No medical or therapeutic relationship is established.

3. Eligibility

Services are intended for adults aged 18 or older.

You confirm that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.

4. Digital Products and Access

Digital products (including diagnostics, recordings, documents, and tools) are provided electronically.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise:

  • access is granted upon successful payment

  • no physical goods are shipped

  • sharing, reselling, or redistribution is prohibited

5. 1:1 Sessions and Appointments

For live sessions:

  • appointments are scheduled in advance

  • cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the session

  • late cancellations or no-shows may be charged in full

Specific conditions may be defined on the relevant service page.

6. Payment

Prices are shown in EUR unless stated otherwise.

Payment is processed via third-party providers (e.g. Stripe, Kajabi Payments). Applied Brain Lab does not store payment card details.

7. Refund Policy

Due to the digital and analytical nature of the services:

  • digital products are non-refundable once accessed

  • live services may have specific refund or cancellation conditions stated at purchase

Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected where applicable.

8. Intellectual Property

All materials are the intellectual property of Applied Brain Lab.

You may use provided tools for personal or internal professional use only.
Any reproduction, publication, or commercial use requires prior written consent.

9. Liability

Applied Brain Lab is not liable for:

  • decisions made based on provided information

  • business, financial, or personal outcomes

  • indirect or consequential damages

Liability is limited to intent and gross negligence, as required by law.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.

Place of jurisdiction is the registered place of business of Applied Brain Lab.
